CEA’s Board of Directors are elected by majority vote by members of their UniServ or by majority vote by delegates at the Delegate Assembly through open nomination and secret ballot. They may serve up to three consecutive terms, each term being two years.  

Delegate Assembly is the top policy-making body of the Colorado Education Association. DA is comprised of several hundred members across the state, elected by their fellow members to attend the Association’s largest meeting every April.
